1. We are not a full-service florist; this means that we only create arrangements and fill DIY buckets that can be delivered within a 15-30 mile radius from 19365 for a $50 delivery fee or that can be picked up from the farm.​ Every mile over 30  miles is an extra $2/mile. Delivery under 15 miles is free!

 

2. We are a small farm, so we only grow seasonal flowers for weddings and events during the months of June through September to ensure we have enough stock to properly provide for your wedding. They are lovely flowers that we chose to grow, to cater towards weddings; your bouquet will be beautiful. 3. Mother nature has a mind of her own and is very unpredictable. Even though the farm is in a fairly temperate location, and we do everything to ensure the health, safety and beauty of our flowers, I cannot 100% guarantee any flowers from my farm. In the unlikely event that we lose our flowers, my backup plan is to order them locally.

4. If you decide to pick up your flowers, PLEASE DO NOT leave them in a hot car, in a sunny location, or place they can get damaged. They are kept looking fresh if they're placed in a dark, cool, place. Once the flowers leave our possession, we are not responsible for any damage done to the flowers. You are responsible for the continued care of the flowers.

5. We have full time jobs and the flower farm is a part time business. We work hard to respond to emails and provide as many people with flowers as we can on our off days. We appreciate your understanding.

6. We offer 1 hour free consultations, after that we charge $20/hr.

7. If pick up is preferred, you agree to arrive prompt at the set pick up time and location. We work full-time jobs aside from flower farming, and are often away working our jobs, taking care of sheep, or running errands. It is hard to re-arrange schedules once they are set. We will not provide refunds for flower loss or damage due to a missed pick up time.

8. For orders over $1,000, orders must be placed at least 4 months before the desired pickup/delivery date. There will be a non-refundable 30% deposit fee, due immediately. The rest of your payment will be paid 2 weeks before the desired pickup/delivery date. You cancel your order up to 3 months before desired pickup/delivery date with no obligation to pay the rest of your payment.

9. In the event of a cancelation for orders over $1000 and under 3 months before desired pickup/delivery date, we have no obligation to attempt to rebook further services to fill the void created by your cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes impossible for us to provide the services due to the fault of the client (you, or parties related to you). We will not be obligated to refund any monies you have previously paid towards the total cost. You would not be relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled services, rescheduled services, failing to show up for your event, or should it become impossible for us to provide the services due to the fault of the client (you, or parties related to you) unless due to the case of a severe, life-changing event, and both parties otherwise agree in writing.

10. Orders under $1000 must be paid for when order is placed. Orders under $1000 can be canceled with full refund up to 4 weeks before desired pickup/delivery date. A %50 refund will be given if orders under $1000 are cancelled between 2-4 weeks before desired pickup/delivery date. Any order cancelled under 2 weeks (14 days) from desired pick up/delivery date WILL NOT be refunded. We are a small business and we work hard to ensure each event and wholesale order has the correct amount of flowers available. Placing an order with us requires us to set aside flowers specifically for your order. Often we will turn away orders around your date to ensure the right amount of flowers for your order. Cancelling under 2-4 weeks will often mean profit and flower loss. Thank you for understanding!
